All products purchased from www.gulnum.com can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

Notify us of your exchange intention within 3 days of delivery by filling out, Customer must have a sales invoice slip & items must be returned in their original packaging/box unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered with all brand and product labels/tags.

The return policy does not apply to discounted products.

Order Cancellation

Customer may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed.
Gulnum has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as – item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in quality control or the credit/debit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
